Choose your concern
One of the 13 options below. Each page says who it is for and who needs a video consultation instead — read that first, so you do not pay €34 for something that needs an examination.
The fast route to an online prescription in the EU when a doctor agrees you need one. Pick your concern, answer a 3-minute questionnaire, and an EU-registered doctor reviews it — usually within 15 minutes, daily 7am–11pm CET. If treatment is right for you, the doctor issues a private prescription for a pharmacy you choose. One fixed fee: €34. No appointment. If the doctor decides it cannot safely be treated online, the €34 is refunded in full and you are told what to do instead.

About 3 minutes, from your phone. It is built around the questions a doctor would ask in the room: symptoms, history, other medicines, pregnancy, the warning signs that rule online treatment out. Pay €34 when you submit.
An EU-registered doctor reads your answers personally, usually within 15 minutes. If something needs checking, the doctor messages you or opens a video call at no extra charge.
A private prescription in your Mobi Doctor profile, or clear advice on what to do instead and a full refund. Show the prescription at a pharmacy you choose in any of the 14 countries; you pay the pharmacy for the medicine.
Burning, urgency, going often, in a woman who has had a UTI before. A short antibiotic course if the doctor agrees; no urine test needed for a typical case.
Renew or switch the pill, patch or ring you already use; the doctor checks blood pressure, migraine and clot risk from your answers. First-time contraception is a video consultation.
Diagnosed, mild to moderate urge, stress or mixed incontinence. Bladder medication or vaginal oestrogen where it fits, or a pelvic-floor plan when that is the right treatment.
Chlamydia with a positive test or a diagnosed partner, trichomoniasis, recurrent genital herpes. Gonorrhoea and syphilis need a clinic injection — the doctor says where.
ED tablets if they are safe for you — the questionnaire checks nitrates, heart and blood pressure, because that is what decides.
Male-pattern hair loss. Prescription treatment if it suits you, with advice on what works alongside it; three to six months before results show.
Mild to moderate adult acne. A retinoid or other prescription cream, or a limited antibiotic course, chosen by acne type; nodules and scarring go to a dermatologist.
Hay fever and dust-mite or pet allergy that pharmacy antihistamines no longer control: steroid nasal spray, non-drowsy antihistamine, eye drops.
A flare-up of diagnosed IBS, warning signs checked first. An antispasmodic, an anti-diarrhoea medicine, a laxative or fibre, matched to your pattern.
Typical or previously diagnosed piles without warning signs. A short course of prescription cream or suppositories, and the fibre plan that stops the next flare.
