This will allow us to ensure that you get the proper follow-up, and is the only way to refill these prescriptions ( also if your past prescription is made by us )

Ordering a prescription refill online is simple. Fill out the following questionnaire with all pertinent information. Don't worry. It only takes about 3 minutes. You do not need and should not book a consultation after completing this refill questionnaire.

Answer the questions to the best of your ability, and please be honest so we can refill your prescription immediately.

Please attach a photo of your past but recent prescription or medication box (it must contain your full name, medication name and dose) to complete the refill request. If you do not have this, please book a consultation to get your prescription.

After completing this questionnaire with the required documents, you do not need to make an appointment or book a consultation.

You should find your refilled prescription on your profile within 1 hour if you submit your request between 9 AM and 7 PM.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT refill ANY controlled medication.

Unfortunately, while we can refill a wide variety of prescriptions, there are a few things we can't refill (like controlled medications).

It's your responsibility to know if the medication is a controlled or otherwise disallowed substance. Controlled medication includes (but is not limited to):

  • ADHD medication, e.g. Ritalin
  • More potent painkillers, e.g. Tramadol
  • Sleep medication, e.g. Zopiclone
  • Anxiety medication, e.g. Benzodiazepines
  • Or any other controlled medication

Mobi Doctor will not give any REFUND if you still try to refill controlled medications (We do not issue any prescriptions for controlled medication)
