European Travel Health Hub open data
The datasets behind the hub — airline fitness-to-fly rules and travelling-with-medication guidance — published as documented JSON feeds. Free to reuse in your product, help centre or research with attribution and a link.
Airline rules feed
/travel-health/data/airline-rules.json
One record per carrier: cert_from (week from which a fit-to-fly letter is required; null = not required for uncomplicated pregnancy), last_single / last_multi (last permitted week of travel), cert_note, source (the airline's official policy URL), status (verified · partial · unverified) and verified date. Consume only rows with the status your use-case requires.
Medication rules feed
/travel-health/data/medication-rules.json
Also: travel-health-index-2026.csv — all 240 datapoints behind the European Travel Health Index (country × metric, with rating, evidence and source).
Category-level guidance for travelling with medicines across 30 European countries: controlled/psychotropic/restricted classification, injectable flags and documentation notes, aligned with INCB traveller guidance and the Schengen Article 75 certificate framework.
