Tell a doctor what you're feeling

Answer a few structured questions. A Mobi Doctor physician reviews your answers in your consultation — your city's current heat conditions are attached automatically so the doctor sees the full picture.

First — is any of this happening right now?

These signs need emergency care, not an online consultation:

  • Confusion, slurred speech, seizure, or fainting that doesn't quickly resolve
  • Skin turned hot and dry after earlier heavy sweating, or body temperature ≥ 40 °C
  • Chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or a racing pulse that doesn't settle with rest
  • Heat symptoms that are no better after 30 minutes of rest, cooling and fluids
  • A baby, elderly person or unwell adult who is limp, unresponsive or "not themselves"

This screen shows fixed guidance — you choose; nothing is calculated for you.

Call 112 now

An online consultation is not the right care for emergency signs.

While waiting for help:
  • Move the person to the coolest place available; remove excess clothing
  • Cool the skin with water and moving air (damp cloth, spray, fan)
  • Do not give fluids to anyone drowsy, confused or unresponsive

Anything the doctor should know?

What the doctor will see

Check it's right — this is your own description plus your city's conditions. No automated assessment is made; your doctor assesses this with you.

Continuing takes you to the Mobi Doctor booking page; your summary travels with you in this browser and attaches to your consultation. The copy button is a backup — you can paste the summary into the consultation notes yourself.

This page collects your description for a doctor — it does not assess symptoms and is not a substitute for emergency care. In an emergency always call 112.
